The appointment of experienced solicitor Shweta Shinde to our Chelmsford office reflects the firm’s commitment to meeting the evolving needs of its clients and addressing the increasing demand for expert legal services in this competitive sector.
Since qualifying in 2018, Shweta has developed extensive expertise in commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, secured lending, refinancing, and asset sales/purchases.
Shweta’s appointment strengthens the team’s ability to deliver top-tier legal counsel in a rapidly growing sector, ensuring the firm remains the preferred choice for businesses seeking expert guidance on complex property transactions.

Shweta graduated with an LLB (Hons) from Nottingham Trent University and completed her Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Birmingham. She trained at a respected London firm, gaining valuable experience in commercial and residential property matters.
